The Naval aircraft carrier-based E-2C "Hawkeye", manufactured by Northrop-Grumman, provides airborne early warning and command and control leadership to carrier Strike Groups. The rotodome on top of the aircraft has a diameter of 24 feet, housing a radar dish that revolves at 6 RPM. |
