City Hall: Flags at Half-Staff

Nassau Bay City Hall, directly across the entrance to Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston, Texas, lowered it's flags to half-staff soon after it was learned that the Columbia space shuttle and her crew of seven had been lost.
