This is Chase Bank Tower, in Austin, Texas. When construction was completed on this 22-story skyscraper in 1974, it was the 2nd building in Austin to exceed the State Capitol's height. At 325 feet, it was the city's tallest office building from 1975 until 1982, when the Bank of America Center was completed.
