The Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall and Military Museum, in the Oakland cultural district of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Significant landmarks of the Greco-Roman style building include:
  • 1906: Origination by the Grand Army of the Republic.
  • October 11, 1910: Official dedication
  • 1967: The Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation bestowed "Landmark" status on the Hall.
  • 1974: The building was entered into the National Register of Historic Places.
  • 1991: It was designated a City Historical structure.
  • 1993: The Department of Defense designated the Hall as a "Commemorative Community".
